EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping with The Glam Junkie & Summerbunz Swimwear. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds. 

 

• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.

• Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

• Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.

• Store credit is redeemable online or by phone with a Glam Junkie or Summerbunz  representative.

• Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. Soiled garments will be returned.

• PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

• Accessories and clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned.

 

RETURNS PROCESSING

Complete the return form attached to your receipt and securely repackage your merchandise. Indicate what items you are returning.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed with your store credit information.
